In short. There is no account and no sign-up. You can use Rizz.AI without telling us who you are. If you ask for early access, we keep the contact details you give us so we can reply. We don't set cookies for visitors, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking. What you type into Rizz.AI is sent to an AI model provider to produce your result. We don't keep a copy of it. We count page views anonymously, without cookies, and we honour your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.

What Rizz.AI does
Rizz.AI suggests replies, openers and profile-bio rewrites for dating chats: you paste a message or describe a profile, and it drafts options for you to send yourself.
What we collect, why, and for how long
- What you enter. To produce your result, Rizz.AI uses the messages, profile descriptions or bio text you paste in and the style you choose. It is sent through our AI gateway to a large-language-model provider, which generates the text and returns it to your browser. Rizz.AI does not store your input or the result. Our gateway records usage details such as the time, the model used and the amount of text processed, for billing, capacity and abuse prevention. Model providers may keep API requests for a limited period under their own policies, for example to detect abuse; we don't send them your name or contact details. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing the service you ask for.
- Anonymous page views. When a page loads, a small script records the page address, the site, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string and a random identifier kept in your browser's session storage for that tab only. It sets no cookies, and it does nothing if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We use these records to see which pages are used, and we delete them after 13 months. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
- If you ask for early access. The early-access form sends the name, email address and message you enter, with your browser's user-agent string, to our leads database. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up about Rizz.AI. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. These logs are kept briefly under Cloudflare's own retention.
- Information about other people. What you enter may include details about your customers or other people. Enter only what is needed for the message you want, and only if you are entitled to use it. You remain responsible for how you use those details and for the messages you send.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site.
- Our AI gateway, hosted on Railway, forwards your text to a model provider such as Anthropic, or to other models through OpenRouter.
- Supabase hosts the database that holds early-access requests and the page-view records.
These providers act on our instructions under their data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations, including the UK–US data bridge where the provider is certified, or by the provider's standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or transfer it. You can also object to our use of it. Because Rizz.AI has no accounts and keeps so little, we may need details from you, such as the date and time you used the service, to find anything. Email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't set cookies for visitors. The anonymous page-view identifier is kept in session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
Children
Rizz.AI is intended for adults and businesses. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change how Rizz.AI handles personal data, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
